Nathalie is the founder and Chief Executive of Signia Wealth. She was previously at Coutts & Co where she was a Senior Client Partner leading the international proposition for clients with foreign domicile. She was one of the four founding members of the Coutts Private Office, which focused on advising Ultra High Net Worth clients. In 2008 and 2009, she was elected one of the 40 Rising Stars by the European Wealth Management Bulletin. In 2010 she was named in the Financial News 100 Rising Stars and won the Spear’s award for the Future Leader in the Wealth Management Industry. Prior to joining the private banking industry, Nathalie worked at Lazard & Co in their M&A Corporate Finance division. Nathalie read Finance at Cambridge University, and is from Saint Emilion in France and is still actively involved in running her family’s vineyards in France and South Africa.

Gautam joined Signia Wealth as a CIO from Coutts & Co where he was an Investment Director for 10 years focusing on UHNW clients. Gautam was part of the Investment Strategy Committee which determined the strategic asset allocation for both advisory and discretionary portfolios. Prior to joining Coutts, he was a Vice President at Citibank Private Bank for 9 years, where he developed the investment strategy alongside managing Private Client Investment portfolios. Gautam graduated in Electronic Engineering (BEng) from Imperial College, MBA from London Business School, Chartered Financial Analyst.

Richard joined Signia Wealth as a Director from Coutts & Co., where he was a Private Banker in the International Team looking after High Net Worth clients. His focus was UK resident non-domiciled clients predominantly from Western Europe with a focus on tax efficient wealth structuring. In 2009, Richard was elected one of the 40 Rising Stars by the European Wealth Management Bulletin. Richard read Law and French at the University of Glasgow.

Ammalan joined Signia Wealth from Martello Capital Management where he was the Chief Risk Officer responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects of risk at this structured credit asset management business. Prior to Martello, Ammalan worked at London Diversified Fund Management, a global macro hedge fund, where he risk managed products across various asset classes and helped develop the risk management methodologies and reports. He is a qualified accountant having trained at Ernst & Young working in their International Capital Markets Group and their Financial Risk Management Group.

David joined Signia Wealth as an Executive Director from Anglo Irish Bank, where he was Head of Private Banking UK having jointly established the business in 2006. There, he focussed principally on sourcing and structuring leveraged Real Estate and Private Equity transactions in the UK, US and Europe for syndication to High Net Worth clients. Prior to moving to the UK in 2006, David worked for Anglo Private Banking in Dublin for 2 years; Bank of Ireland Asset Management for 3 years where he was responsible for large institutional pension clients and 8 years with Irish Intercontinental Bank (now KBC Bank Ireland) as a Property and Corporate lender. David graduated from University College Dublin in 1993 with Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Hons).

Etienne joined Signia Wealth's Investment Team as Executive Director after 11 years at JPMorgan Private Bank, where he was a portfolio manager for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, covering clients based in Europe and the Middle East, on both discretionary and advisory portfolios. Prior to joining the private bank, Etienne spent seven years as a derivatives marketer to French and Benelux financial institutions for Citibank, in Paris first and then in London. Etienne holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the Paris Dauphine University.

Rory joined Signia Wealth as a Director from Coutts & Co, where in his capacity as Senior Portfolio Manager since late 2005 he managed both advisory and discretionary portfolios for high-net worth individuals. During his 10 years at Coutts, he also worked as an Investment Analyst for 5 years, covering Asian and Japanese equity markets, and sat on the Asia-Japan stock selection committee. Rory has also had previous roles focused on third party fund selection and fixed income markets. Rory is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Securities Institute.

Kirin joined Signia Wealth from McGrigors LLP where Kirin trained as a solicitor in their corporate team in London. She has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions including fund establishment and investment work. Prior to her working with McGrigors Kirin worked as a paralegal with the M&A team at Freshfields. Kirin read Law (LLB) and thereafter completed a masters degree in Corporate and Commercial Law (LLM) at University College London.

Greg joined Signia Wealth as a Wealth Manager from Arbuthnot Latham Private Bank where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients. Whilst at Arbuthnot, Greg gained experience within several areas of the bank and provided banking, credit and wealth management to entrepreneurs and successful City professionals. Greg is a Member of the Chartered Securities institute, a qualified mortgage advisor and has a BSc in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham. He is also a member of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers and has been selected to appear in the 2010 Citywealth Leaders List.

His client's had cross border issues and his particular focus was on ensuring they had structured their affairs in a tax efficient way. Carnegie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in which he achieved a national prize in the process.

Milena joined Signia Wealth as a Managing Director in May 2011 to help develop and grow the business. Milena will be looking after a selection of clients as well as heading Signia's Philanthropy proposition. She is a member of the Management Committee and the Investment Committee. Previously Milena spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs where she had various responsibilities in both the Asset Management (GSAM) and the Private Wealth Management (PWM) divisions. At PWM she was involved in portfolio planning and strategy, fund selection, portfolio construction and client advisory. Subsequently, Milena was a Partner at Vestra Wealth where over two years she was Head of Portfolio Composition, Head of the Product Approval Committee and member of the Investment Committee. Milena was also a Portfolio Manager advising high net worth clients, charities and corporates. Milena is a CFA Charterholder.

Prior to this he was Chief Investment Officer at Société Générale Private Banking Hambros where he worked for over seven years. In this role Martin chaired the Investment Committee meetings and he was also responsible for the management of the investment business. Previously, Martin worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager focusing on global equity markets and he managed portfolios for both international and UK clients. Martin has an MA in Economics from the University of Glasgow and a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from Strathclyde Business School. He has passed the IIMR professional exams and he is a member of the CISI.

Andrew joined Signia as Associate Director after five years spent at Coutts & Co, Where as portfolio manager, his duties included managing the investment portfolios for Ultra High Net Worth individuals. Andrew was previously employed by Natwest as a Financial Planning Manager. Andrew holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a candidate on the Chartered Financial Analyst programme, where he is currently enrolled to sit the Level II June 2011 examination, Andrew holds a BA(Hons) in Finance from Bristol Business School.

Laurent joined Signia Wealth from GLG Partners, where he was Investment Director, Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst in their Fund of Hedge Funds Division, allocating to all Hedge Funds Strategies across all geographies and being a voting member of GLG Multi Manager Investment's Investment Committee and Asset Allocation Committee. Before his five years with GLG Partners, Laurent was an associate with Lazard Freres in Paris in their Private Wealth Division, focusing for four years on European-based ultra High Net Worth clients. Laurent started his career at BNP Finance (now BNP Paribas) in Paris as a Front-risk Analyst, and holds a Master's Degree in Political Sciences and a Master's Degree in Finance. Additionally, Laurent holds a MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA Charterholder.

Shalini joined Signia Wealth in September 2011 as Managing Director and to develop Signia's private equity business. Shalini joins Signia while retaining her position as Co-Founder, Chief Executive and Board Director of The London Entrepreneurial Exchange, a non-profit organisation that seeks to support founders of businesses and promote entrepreneurial activity. Shalini has over 15 years experience in finance and entrepreneurship, having previously been an Investment Director at LDC –the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group. Shalini joined LDC from Lloyds Banking Group where she had been running the Group's Plain Vanilla International Trade Finance business whilst Chairing The Lloyds TSB's Emerging Leaders programme. Prior to working for Lloyds Group, Shalini co-founded the world's first online 'bank to bank' trade finance company and has worked as a management accountant at Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust International, Natwest Bank and Coopers & Lybrand.

Chris joined Signia as Co-CIO and managing director after nine years at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Intl. where he was CIO and member of the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Global Investment Committee. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Christopher managed equity portfolios for Moore Capital, SocGen Asset Management, Aberdeen Asset Management and BZW Inv Management. He has worked in London, Toronto and New York and has 25 years experience as an investment manager. He is a trustee of the Notting Hill Prep Foundation and has a degree in economics from Sussex University.

Martin King joined Signia as Managing Director to head up its newly opened Birmingham office as part of developing a regional strategy to provide clients with a dedicated presence in the West Midlands. Martin joins Signia Wealth from UBS Wealth Management where he held the position of Executive Director and founded their Midlands Office which was established in 2003. Martin played a pivotal role in building the business over the last 8 years and has built up an extensive network amongst the regional entrepreneurial community in the West Midlands. In this role, Martin worked closely with some of the UK's leading Tax, Trust, and Corporate finance advisers. Prior to UBS, Martin worked at Klienwort Benson Private Bank and Singer and Friedlander Investment Management. He has amassed over 25 years experience in managing the affairs of some of the Midlands wealthiest families and entrepreneurial clients, advising them on all aspects of wealth management and wealth structuring.
