Ammalan joined Signia in 2011 as Chief Risk Officer and is now the Co-Head of Multi-Asset Investments. He has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry and is currently jointly responsible for investment oversight of all mandates managed by the multi-asset team. Additionally he is responsible for contributing towards the team’s macroeconomic views and multi-asset portfolio positioning and construction.
Previously he worked for Martello Capital Management, a structured credit asset management business and London Diversified Fund Management, a global macro hedge fund, where he risk managed products across various asset classes and held a key role in developing the risk management methodologies, framework and reports.
He is a qualified accountant and began his career at Ernst & Young in the International Capital Markets Group.
Ammalan is a member of Signia’s Asset Allocation Committee, Fund Selection Committee and Product Approval Committee. He also sits on the Derivatives exam panel of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Carnegie has led Signia since the beginning of 2015, and as CEO he drives the strategy of the business whilst also focusing on day-to-day management. In addition, Carnegie is the Co-founder of Squared Investments, Signia's alternative asset arm.
Carnegie draws on a wealth of experience and knowledge that gives him a deep insight into the needs of clients. His areas of experience range from investment management to hedge funds as well as opportunistic investments in private equity.
Prior to Signia, Carnegie advised ultra-high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and high profile sports and media clients on multi-jurisdictional tax and corporate advisory issues.at Deloitte LLP.
Carnegie is active in the June Fund (Tech Venture Fund) and Signia's strategic investments into Dara5 and Cell Capital.
He enjoys sports, personally investing in early-stage businesses, and has a strong commitment to his active charitable interests; in particular his families initiative in Liberia.

Chelsea joined Signia in 2015 and as Head of HR is responsible for shaping and driving Signia’s HR strategy.
Chelsea has a variety of experience covering the areas of Executive Assistance, People Management and Human Resource Management. In addition to the HR function, Chelsea is responsible for the effective management of Signia’s business support team, office management, events planning and branding initiatives.
Prior to Signia, Chelsea spent 5 years at Argent Rehabilitation where she managed a large team, and was involved in the businesses wider planning and growth strategies as well as taking the lead on the HR function within a matrix structure.
Chelsea was born on the Gold Coast and moved from Australia to the UK in 2008. She enjoys live music and travelling, and has a keen interest in sewing and fashion design.

Dan co-founded Signia Creative at the beginning of 2018. His role is to define strategy, manage client relationships and ensure that 'Creative' stays ahead of the curve through innovation and ideas. Prior to Signia, he built a talent management business and was the architect of the inventive global 360 partnership deal between Bacardi and electronic artists Groove Armada. As the CEO & Chairman of London's celebrated Lovebox festival, he developed and implemented the strategy that saw the business grow 500% before exiting the business, via a sale to the largest music promoter on the planet, Live Nation.
Between 2015 - 2017 he was invited to become a board member and shareholder at Centtrip the award winning, disruptive Fintech global currency account.
Dan is a creative sector innovator with wide ranging experience across multiple industries.
He is also a long suffering season ticket holder of Brighton & Hove Albion and fervent foodie, a passion that led to him found Sourced Market in 2009.

Darragh joined Signia in 2019 as our receptionist where she holds full responsibility for Signia's front of house and ensuring first class service to all visitors and guests. Prior to joining Signia, Darragh worked in administrative & management roles in the aesthetic industry.
She is currently studying CIPD Level 5 HR Management.
Darragh grew up in south west Ireland and relocated to London in 2016. She enjoys exploring London in her free time and has a keen interest in health & fitness.
Greg became one of Signia’s new management team in January 2015. He is responsible for maintaining and developing the firm’s key client relationships in his central role of wealth management. He originally joined Signia in 2010 then left to set up Squared Investments, before re-joining Signia in 2015. Greg has in-depth experience of advising across global multi-asset portfolios, including hedge funds and opportunistic investments in private equity.
Prior to 2010, Greg worked at Arbuthnot Latham as a private banker where he advised clients across their investments as well as sourcing credit.
He believes that work should be meaningful as well as enjoyable, so he is involved in many sporting and charitable activities.

Grégoire joined Signia in 2014 to assist in the management of client portfolios, trading and research. He covers fixed income fund research and selection for the Signia GFI Aggregate, GFI Credit and Multi-Asset strategies. He is also responsible for contributing towards the team's macroeconomic views. Prior to 2014 he was on the graduate training programme at BNP Paribas Investment Partners with the fixed income boutique, Fisher Francis Trees & Watts assisting the head of the Absolute Return team in managing fixed income portfolios and implementing alpha trade ideas.
Before moving into the finance industry, Grégoire worked in the oil and gas industry following his electrical and electronics undergraduate degree from Imperial College.
His interests outside of work lie in music and outdoor activities. He enjoys playing the piano, the guitar and to his neighbours’ delight he his learning to play the trumpet! He also enjoys sailing, mountaineering, playing football, skiing, judo and is passionate about travelling and photography.

Harry joined Signia in December 2019 and as an Investment Analyst his role is to assist with macroeconomic research and supporting the management of our multi-asset portfolios. Prior to Signia, Harry completed his accountancy internship whilst at the University of the West of England (UWE), and post-graduation worked within a family office, Simmonds Private Office Asset Management, for two years as an Investment Research Analyst primarily focusing on economic and fund research.
Outside of work Harry is enthusiastic about films, music and sports, being a Bristol City football fan, and lately trying to further his snowboarding skills.
Jack joined Signia in 2018 as a Senior Equity Fund Analyst. His main responsibility is managing Signia’s approved list of equity funds, including ongoing due diligence of existing holdings and recommendations for new funds.
Prior to joining Signia, Jack spent almost 4 years at Holden & Partners where he was primarily responsible for conducting fund research and managing a suite of model portfolios. Before Holden & Partners, Jack spent the first 4 years of his career at Fiducia Wealth Management, conducting fund research, in addition to managing client portfolios.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys a variety of sports, keeping fit and travelling.

Kate joined Signia in 2010 when the company was founded. In her compliance role, Kate’s key responsibility is to proactively identify, evaluate and mitigate the firm’s regulatory and reputational risks and to ensure the firm has a robust Compliance framework. Prior to 2010, Kate worked at HSBC Private Bank, as Head of Client Services in the UK where her focus was to ensure successful outcomes for clients with a continued world class service.
She previously worked as an Analyst at JPMorgan Private Bank for 6 years in the UK UHNW team and then joined Coutts in the newly formed Private Office servicing UHNW clients.
Kate is passionate about her heritage and her South African origin and she endeavours to travel home at least once a year to visit her family. Kate is a member of Signia’s Product Approval Committee.
Kirin joined Signia in 2010 and as General Counsel she is responsible for all legal matters related to the firm. In 2019 Kirin also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer and works alongside Signia's Management Team to oversee all business operations. Kirin trained and qualified as a solicitor at Pinsent Masons (Formerly McGrigors LLP) where she spent 5 years in their London office. Having qualified into the Corporate team, Kirin has experience in a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. During this time Kirin was also seconded to O2 for 6 months before joining Signia the following year.
Prior to McGrigors Kirin worked as a paralegal with the M&A team at Freshfields LLP.

Michael is the Chief Investment Officer of Signia with responsibility for all of the firm's investments across the Hedge Fund and Multi-Asset portfolios.
Michael has twenty five years of investment management experience and has managed portfolios across asset classes in North America, Europe and Asia.
Michael joined Signia in 2013 from Amundi Alternative Asset Management, where he was Global Co-Head of Investment and Head of the firm’s London office. During Michael’s eleven year tenure at Amundi, hedge fund assets under management grew from $1.2 billion to $28 billion, with the business becoming one of the top global Absolute Return investors.
Prior to Amundi, Michael spent five years at JPMorgan Investment Management where he was a Portfolio Manager managing Asian Equity portfolios and a Japan Long Short Equity Hedge Fund.
Michael is a member of the Executive committee.
Morgan joined Signia in September 2019, and as Investment Analyst his role is to support the management of our multi-asset portfolios assisting with trading, research and risk management. Prior to this, Morgan completed an internship at Signia in the multi-asset investment team following his graduation from University College London. Prior to Signia, Morgan worked at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking for one year as a Trainee after graduating from the University of Birmingham.
Morgan is currently studying CFA Level 1.
Outside of work Morgan is passionate about music and sport. He is a lifelong supporter of Watford football club.

Paul Lester became Chairman of Signia in January 2014 and has been instrumental in the restructuring of the firm’s strategy. He is a leading industrialist and an experienced Chairman for over 20 years. His current chairs include organisations such as: McCarthy and Stone (FTSE 250), Essentra (FTSE 250), Readypower (private investment business), Marley (roofing manufacturing), FirstPort (private equity backed) and Appello (private equity backed).
From 2002 to 2010, Paul was Chief Executive Officer of VT Group plc, the support services company. Paul also held the position of Group Managing Director of Balfour Beatty, Chief Executive of Graseby plc, and senior management positions at Schlumberger and the Dowty Group plc. Previously, Paul served as a Non-Executive Director of Invensys (FTSE 100) and President of the Society of Maritime Industries, the BSA and the EEF.

Richard is a founding member of Signia Wealth and joined as Client Director in 2010. His key role is to manage client relationships and he has in-depth experience of advising on global multi-asset portfolios and cash management solutions for successful entrepreneurs and their families both in the UK and overseas.
Prior to 2010, he was a Private Banker at Coutts & Co, London for 5 years with responsibility for International clients, focusing on UK resident non-domiciled individuals and their tax efficient wealth structuring requirements.
Prior to Coutts he spent time working for a successful internet company in Glasgow.

Robert joined shortly after Signia was founded in 2010 and is Co-Head of Multi-Asset Investments and Head of Fixed Income. He has 15 years’ experience in the investment industry as a portfolio manager and fixed income specialist covering global fixed income and multi-asset portfolios. He is jointly responsible for the investment oversight of all segregated mandates and UCITS funds managed by the multi-asset team, and is also responsible for managing Signia's fixed income investments and associated fixed income strategies.
Robert chairs the monthly markets and macroeconomic investment team meetings and is a member of Signia's Asset Allocation Committee, Fund Selection Committee and Product Approval Committee.
Prior to joining Signia, he worked for Lehman Brothers in the European Capital Markets team and Coutts & Co where he was a member of the fixed income and foreign exchange selection committee, responsible for the management of UK Gilt model portfolios and major foreign exchange crosses. He was also responsible for managing global advisory and discretionary multi-asset portfolios for UHNW clients.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Robert joined Signia as a Risk Analyst in December 2015. His role involves monitoring, managing, and reporting on Signia's risk profile, including market, operational and third-party risks. He also has oversight of portfolio exposures and risk statistics as well as maintaining the model portfolios. Prior to this, he completed an internship in Risk Analytics at Citigroup.
Robert is passionate about live theatre and visits once a week. He is also a keen reader of both fiction and non-fiction.

Sam joined Signia in 2018 and her role is to look after marketing for the team. Prior to working for Signia, Sam was Digital Marketing Officer at NKB Blockchain Investment and Advisory, and has previously worked at Associated Newspapers, Clear Channel Communications, managed digital projects for companies in the oil and energy sectors, as well as built the brand for social impact apps in emerging markets.

Tim joined Signia in 2014 as Finance Director. He is responsible for all aspects of the back-office finance department, including financial, management and regulatory reporting and maintaining control over financial operations.
Prior to 2014, Tim spent 3 years with UBS AG, in Sydney Australia, managing a cross-divisional team covering a spectrum of finance requirements, including wealth management and investment banking product control, financial operations, logistics and costs. Previously, he spent 5 years with Nomura Code Securities as their Financial Controller with key responsibility for financial & management analysis, middle office & settlements and compliance.

Victor joined Signia as a Hedge Fund Analyst in December 2017. He supports the management of hedge fund portfolios, conducts quantitative and qualitative research and executes trades.
